Ashok Chattaraj, the founder Chairman & Managing Director of the multi-enterprise conglomerate Siesta Group, is one of the leading young entrepreneurs of the “new” India that is building innovative enterprises leveraging unique Business Models and varied business insights. It is this foresightedness of his that has lead to the creation of concepts like Corporate Residences under Siesta Hospitality Services Limited, a knowledge based integrated Logistics enterprise under Siesta Logistics Corporation Limited and a small format footwear Retail enterprise, conceived as a footwear destination for the entire family, under the brand name Imprints, Polestar the unique offering in Media and Content for Brands to propagate their message to consumers who are increasing avoiding advertising and the latest Foray in Education to provide skill based Training to make students readily employable for corporate.

He is a Post Graduate in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations along with professional qualifications in the areas of Engineering and Accountancy. Prior to adopting the entrepreneurial route in February 2006, he has held key positions in Human Resources in corporations like ITC, ICICI and Bata India.

Kiran Salunke

Managing Director
As the Managing Director of Siesta Logistics Corporation Limited, he is responsible for identifying, developing and directing the implementation of business strategy. He is also responsible for planning and directing the organization’s activities to achieve agreed targets and standards for financial and trading performance, quality, culture and legislative adherence. He drives the business with his well honed talent and years of experience within the logistics vertical. Kiran is a founding director of Siesta Logistics Corporation Limited.

R. S. Naware

With his tremendous experience of 36 years, including a decade as Divisional Chief Executive, Foods Division at ITC Ltd, Ravi Naware brings in a high Quality leadership and best in the class business practices to Siesta Logistics Corporation Limited. As a Director of the Company, he provides strategic guidance and inputs for business development that provide aid in setting business goals to achieve desired growth. His planning inputs provide great impetus to all departments and their functions, giving them the right approach to realize their business targets.

Mr. Naware earned a B. Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and M.M.S from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

Kasi R. M.

Executive Vice President - Finance
Associated with us in the capacity of Executive Vice President- Finance, the job responsibilities of Kasi R. M. include coordination and management of accounting functions with financial analysts in order to produce basic financial reports like balance sheets as well as financial modelling to forecast future earnings. He is also responsible for coordinating financial audits, providing recommendations for procedural improvements and ensuring compliance with local, state, and central budgetary reporting requirements.

In his experience spanning 2 long decades, he has had his stint with companies like, R R Fasteners Ltd., Needle Industries India Pvt. Ltd., Premier Polytronics Ltd. and ITC Limited. His academic qualifications include Bachelors of Commerce and AICWA.

Sonu Dhawan

SBU Head - ODC and Projects
Working with us in the capacity of SBU Head-ODC and Projects, Sonu Dhawan is responsible for all the inbound and outbound logistics operations pertaining to ODC and Projects. He is also responsible for the business development and maintenance of smooth vendor relations.

A Graduate in Commerce, he has 16 years of experience working with organizations like, Margdoot Road Service, Overseas Couriers Service India Pvt. Ltd. and Relogistics (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Malik Shariff

SBU Head – Power Projects
Associated with us in capacity of SBU Head- Telecom and Power Projects, his job profile includes overseeing the operations of transportation of equipments and staff to the location of installation and developing and maintaining effective prospective and existing client agency relationships.

Rajender Singh

SBU Head - Business Development
As SBU Head-Business Development, Rajender Singh is responsible for overseeing the operations of all the inbound and outbound dispatch and freight transportation. He is also responsible for quality assurance processes and customer and vendor development.

In his 16 years of profession he has worked with Dover Credit Limited, Midwest India Industries Ltd. and Om Logistics Ltd. His academic qualifications include a Bachelors of Commerce and an MBA in Marketing.

Altaf A Jamadar

National Head - Sales (Freight Forwarding)
As National Head – Sales, Freight Forwarding, Altaf is responsible for business development, implementation of strategies for pan India operations as well as establishing the Global Freight Forwarding network.

A Graduate in Commerce, he has 18 years of experience in Freight Forwarding. He has worked with companies like Nedlloyd Lines, Lloyd Triestino, Contship Container Lines, International Express Container Lines, Eagle Freight Logistics Private Limited, Rushmi Logistics India Private Limited, and AMI India Logistics.

Pradeep Narsaria

Finance Controller - Operations
Associated with us in capacity of Finance Controller, Operations, Pradeep Narsaria is responsible for the management of cash flows including credit control and Payables Management. He is also responsible for defining and implementing controls and processes in the company.

A qualified Chartered Accountant, he has 22 years of experience in various Logistics companies like UT Worldwide India Pvt Ltd, Reliance Logistics Ltd and AFL Limited.


Vice President - Power Projects
Associated with us in capacity of Vice President – Power Projects, Muralidharan is responsible for enhancing company capabilities, to execute large turnkey projects activities with a focus on Companies in the Power & Energy Sector.

A graduate in Engineering, Muralidharan has an experience of 15 years in the multi-disciplined area of transmission, distribution and generation of electrical turnkey projects. He has worked with Areva T&D India Limited and Kirloskar Electric Company Limited.

Kumar. S

Country Head - Projects & Contract Logistics
As Country Head - Projects & Contract Logistics, Mr. Kumar is responsible for the design and implementation of customised 3PL / 4PL business models for each client, as well as logistic and inventory management functions, to improve process efficiency and productivity.

Mr. Kumar has completed his Post Graduation in International Business and Marketing Management. He has more than 20 years of diverse multi-functional experience in the Automotive (auto ancillary) Industry within the area of Logistics Operations & Marketing. He has earlier worked with Uniworld Logistics, Spear Logistics, TVS Logistics, MRC Logistics, ORIX Logistics, Rane Group, NRB Bearing, Premier Automobiles, and Gajra Bevel Gears.
